Coliving in Madrid

“Madrid Coliving by Globexs” is a top level residence that we like to keep as exclusive as possible. We screen every candidate to make sure that he/she fits in perfectly in the coliving community. 

At “Madrid Coliving by Globexs” we welcome professionals, aged between 25 and 65, from very diverse backgrounds: Entrepreneurs starting their business in Spain, foreign digital nomads and remote workers, freelancers with a temporary project in Madrid, and even master’s and PhD students.

We highly respect the privacy of the residents, and the community manager ensures that the house rules are strictly respected. We guarantee a professional and respectful living environment to our residents.

“Madrid Coliving by Globexs” is managed in a very professional way by Globexs with a dedicated community manager.

Not always, but very often, a Globexs staff member (community manager) will be on site. The Madrid Coliving has in total 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is reserved for the Globexs staff member on site. 

The Globexs community manager is in charge for all practical arrangements and the implementation of the house rules, and is the main point of contact for the residents. 

The common areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning company Nestor, and all residents are given the opportunity to hire professional cleaning for their personal room. 

Correct. The Madrid Coliving has in total 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. 1 Bedroom and 1 bathroom is reserved for the Globexs staff member on site. The 3 residents share 2 bathrooms. 

The rooms are fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels. Included in the rental price is weekly linen change (bedlinen and towels).

The common areas are cleaned weekly, and the residents can also choose for periodic (daily – weekly) cleaning of their private room (20€ + vat per hour). 

The residents have free use of the coworking space and can enjoy free coffee and printing. The use of the coworking space is subject to strict house rules. 

Residents have direct access to the Globexs community manager and an emergency number. 

Included in the rental price is:

• wifi
• all expenses (water, heating, AC, electricity, etc.)
• weekly cleaning of common areas
• weekly linen change (towels and bedlinen)
• use of coworking space 
• use of kitchen

“Madrid Coliving is a high-end residency that operates on a fixed application process. The application process can take up to 4 weeks to be approved. Follow the guidelines of your Globexs rental agent.

Nobody likes paperwork, but it needs to be done. In order to approve your application we need a bunch of information from your side. Pick your category below to check the necessary documentation to rent your spot at the Madrid Coliving.

Corporate rentals

• Proof that the person signing the contract is the legal representative of the company
• DNI / passport of each person that is going to stay at the apartment

Employees

• Copy of the employment contract
• Proof of income for the last 3 months

Freelancers

• Financial evidence to confirm that you have enough financial liquidity to cover the rent of the complete stay (e.g. a current bank account statement).

The minimum stay at the Madrid Coliving is 1 month. The maximum stay is 11 months.
